You find all the household essentials are already here and at your finger tips. There are fresh lavendar scented linens on all the beds. There is a stack of prefered reading material waiting for you to sit back and unwind. The children have found the toys and the crib is waiting for the little one to take a nap. A fluid iteneray is laid out with the excursions you requested; deep sea fishing, tee time set, spa facials, manis & pedis, dinner reservations, private lessons (swim, tennis, pickleball, SUP, kayak, etc), the babysitter times & rates are listed, the details of the Summer on the French Riviera themed event you are hosting are laid out including private chef (and red neckerchiefs for the staff).

When you depart your GTC Concierge is there to help you pack up and load the vehicle (which is detailed and gassed up and ready to go, or transport services have been arranged and are attending to your needs). You leave everything you no longer want and need, knowing your concierge will return the rentals, strip the beds, dispose of (or donate) and unused food. Cleaning has already been arranged to be done upon your departure. If you are an owner, your concierge will return your items to the owners closet making sure it is secure in the event you are also renting your abode for the next lucky vacationer to enjoy. A travel bag has been packed into the vehicle with snacks and drinks for the ride.
For owners who are departing for the season you know your cherished hideaway is in good hands as your GTC Concierge knows exactly what to do to maintain the property on a quarterly, bi-annually or annual basis. Your items will be cleaned and securely stored for the season. Final winterizing is on schedule and you are completely aware of what will be executed because you have access to the GTC task management system.
