HOW AND WHY IT WORKS

We absolutely adore when our clients boast about how much more free time they have! Why? Because you are helping us fulfill our mission of helping humanity live their very best life!
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Clients are elegible for rewards after completing Concierge Service Agreement and purchasing one hour of service.
2. Every 250 points earned equals a 1 hour account credit. Points have no cash value.
3. Points will accumulate on a monthly basis. Each quarter GTC will tally your points and send you an email of your total.
4. You will have 10 days from the email date to respond if you would like to "cash in" your points, otherwise points will continue to accumulate and you can cash them in at a different time.
5. Unused points will expire after 12 months.
6. Other opportunities to earn points will present themselves through out the year such as providing feed back through surveys, games, social media interaction and participation, and other crazy fun things we may come up with!
HOW YOU CAN EARN POINTS:
1. Earn 2 points for every one hours paid.
2. Earn 10 points for every referral inquiry. A friend, neighbor, colleague, family member, your vet, who ever you think could use a few extra hours in their day. For everyone one referral that contacts us and receives their free phone consult you earn ten points. That's whether they end up becoming a client or not!
3. Earn 25 points for each written testimonial and/or review (Facebook, Google, letter of recommendation, etc.)
4. Earn 50 points for each referral that becomes an A La Carte Client.
5. Earn 75 points for submitting a video testimonial and release for use. You can litterally just record something on your phone and send it to us.
6. Earn 100 points for each referal that choses a Welcome Package (in home consultation).
7. Earn 250 points for each referal who finds that GTC is the right fit for their needs and becomes a client through one of GTC's packages (Monthly, Project, Annual or Membership).
That's all there is to it.
