The Rules and Regs
Earn points and receive FREE TIME!

We absolutely adore when our clients boast about how GTC has improved their lives! Why? Because when you talk about living YOUR best life, it encourages others to do the same!
The General Rules:
1. Clients are eligible for rewards after completing Concierge Service Agreement and purchasing one hour of service.
2. Every 250 points earned equals a 1 hour of usable time credit. Points have no cash value.
3. Points will accumulate on a monthly basis. Each quarter GTC will tally your points and send you an email of your total.
4. We'll notify you periodically as your points accumulate. You can respond immediately to cash them in or points will continue to accumulate and you can cash them in at a future date.
5. Points never expire!
6. We will offer opportunities throughout the year to earn extra points, such as providing feedback through surveys, participation in games, and with interaction on GTC social media posts, so keep your eyes on your inbox and social feeds!
How Points are Earned:
1. Earn 2 points for every one hour of paid service.
2. Earn 10 points for every referral inquiry. Refer your friends, neighbors, colleagues, family members, your vet, your dentist, your friendly neighborhood shoe salesman, or whomever you think could benefit from a little GTC infused service! For every referral that schedules and completes a free phone consult you earn ten points.
3. Earn 25 points for each written testimonial about your experience with GTC! This includes online reviews too! Tell folks about your GTC luxury lifestyle infusions on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or even send us an old fashioned letter of recommendation. For social posts, please tag us or screenshot and send to [email protected]. Every positive testimonial qualifies!
4. Earn 50 points for each referral that becomes an A La Carte Client.
5. Earn 75 points for submitting a video testimonial and release for use. You can literally just record something on your phone and send it to us.
6. Earn 100 points for each referral that purchases a Welcome Package (in home consultation).
7. Earn 250 points for each referral who finds that GTC is the right fit for their needs and becomes a client through one of GTC's packages (Monthly, Project, Annual or Membership).
