Upon completion of the CONTACT page form you will be prompted to schedule your free 15 minute consult. During your FREE consult we will identify your needs and decide what the next steps should be. Afterward if you decide to move forward with services you can expect the following next steps:
- Review and sign our Concierge Service Agreement (CSA). We believe trust and confidence in our service begin with communication and transparency. The CSA is our terms and conditions of service. Home and Lifestyle Management services and some projects require a Discovery Consultation, the fee for that is $481.00. At your FREE initial phone consult we will identify if a Discovery Consultation will be necessary. Should you decide to move forward with GTC services we apply a portion of that fee to your initial invoice.
- Schedule a Discovery Consultation (if not required you can skip to step 3). The Discovery Consultation is scheduled for approximately 2-hours and occurs at your home. This is an integral part of the process as it allows us to become familiar with your lifestyle on a more intimate level assessing and discussing your needs, getting acquainted with the property, and aides in assigning of your Dedicated Concierge. For project based tasks this consult provides us with the knowledge to provide you a fair and adequate quote on services, and we share our expert advice on how to move forward. And of course it allows you to get to know Go To Concierge, who we are as a company, and how we operate!
- Review and sign the GTC Contracts. Upon receipt of the completed documents, we will send the invoice, process the payment with the payment information on file, and send you a receipt and a link to your Airtable base.
- Meet your Dedicated Concierge. An email is sent to introduce you to your assigned Dedicated Concierge. At this juncture, all of the needs we identified, reviewed, and prioritized have been entered into our task management system, Airtable, and reviewed in depth with your Dedicated Concierge.
